Come join us in Baton Rouge this year! We invite you to register as an exhibitor at the 2023 Annual Meeting of the Louisiana Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (LANA), October 6th-8th , at the Renaissance Hotel in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This will be an excellent business opportunity to gain one-on-one contact with CRNAs and students from across the state. Exhibitors are authorized two (2) representatives, who may also attend the social functions. Any additional representatives must pay an additional exhibit representative registration fee of $45.00 for access to the exhibit hall. An additional fee of $175.00 per representative is necessary for any representatives wishing to attend the education courses.

We are expecting this program to attract a large number of participants. Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

The exhibit hall is open only to registered meeting attendees and exhibitors. Please advise anyone planning to visit your booth during the meeting that they will need to be registered for the conference.

You are also invited to become a “Major Meeting Sponsor” of one or more special functions/events listed on the enclosed application. Benefits of sponsorship include printed recognition in the registration material, a sign with your company’s name and logo, and acknowledgement of the sponsorship during your event.
